What is the minimum order of bottles that I can order?
Our minimum order is 24 bottles (one case).
How much does it cost?
You'll notice that I don't have a price list or BUY NOW BUTTON on my
site. Bottled water is inexpensive, and I'm one of the only places in
Central Minnesota and the northwest Twin Cities suburbs that offers it.
I want to talk with you and go over your order so that everyone is clear
about the best approach to fulfill your individual needs. I try to avoid

Can you split ship or drop ship to more than one location?
YES! We can split ship your order to as many destinations as you like.
There is a low $15.00 charge, plus freight charges, for each additional
drop shipment.
What is the shelf life of bottled water?
There are no published guidelines or regulations pertaining to a legal
shelf for bottled water. We do, however, recommend that you consume
your water within 2 years of the bottling date.
Can you tell me something about your water quality?
Our water comes from Langlade Springs, located in the town of Polar, in
Langlade County, part of Wisconsin's pristine north woods. They
opened for business in 2006 with all new state-of-the-art high capacity
equipment. Quality is important at Langlade Springs. Your pure spring
water is UV treated, micron filtered and bottled in a specially designed
clean room to ensure the highest level of quality.
The natural spring water aquifer is unique due to its glacial history and
high water quality. About 15,000 years ago several ice age glaciers
moved through Langlade County. The materials that these gigantic ice
sheets left behind as they melted is now the aquifer that produces our
water. We think this is some of the best water in the world.
How do I get a custom designed label?
It's very easy. If you have someone to do you own graphic design, we
can send you the specifications for creation of the label.
25-8 Marketing's graphic artist is also available to design your own
personalized label for a reasonable fee of $85 for up to one-hour of
design service. Additional hours are charged at the same rate.
Will I have art approval before the order is produced?
YES! You will receive an order confirmation and an art proof via email
PDF file within 24 hours of placing your order. All you have to do is print
these out and mark the changes or sign your approval on the form and
fax it back to us. We will not produce the order until we have a signed
art proof on file from you. If you do not have access to a fax machine,
you can respond to the email noting changes in the body of your
message.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of art approval because this is a custom
order. Production will not begin until payment is received. Business and
personal checks are accepted.
Are there any charges if I want to cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up to the time that label art is approved. After
that, labels are in production and cannot be stopped. All cancelled
orders will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
